The shipping time listed at checkout is the time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier. This does not include fulfillment time. We normally fulfill orders within 1-2 business days after a purchase has been made. As some of our items are handmade the fulfilment times can sometimes take longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If you have queries about the whereabouts of your parcel, please feel free to contact the local carrier listed on your order information. You will need to provide them with your tracking number.
We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.
