Change of heart? We get it. It happens sometimes. Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order to commence the return or exchange process.

We are happy to provide a refund for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that any Shipping charges you might have paid will not be included in the refund. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis - please email hello@chameleonsweden.com for further details and return address before posting your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are happy to offer an exchange for unused items in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item.  Please email hello@chameleonsweden.com to get the return shipping address. When you post the original item to us to process the exchange, kindly include a note with your name, order number and what item you would like instead. We will send you a payment request if there are additional charges, or issue a credit note in the form of a voucher code if your exchanged item is less expensive than the exchanged item. Your exchange will be processed once we receive your original item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a problem with your items, please email us at hello@chameleonsweden.com with proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number is sufficient) and a photo of the damaged item. If an exchange is needed, we will send you the new item after the damaged item is returned to us.
